Cloverdale Hickory Smoked Franks are a 5-pound package of fully cooked beef hot dogs made with select cuts of finely ground beef, naturally hickory smoked for rich, classic flavor. Each frank is approximately 7.5 inches long with 4 franks per pound, yielding about 20 franks per package.

These franks are gluten free with no added MSG and are seasoned with natural spices and sea salt. They are made without phosphates, keeping the ingredient list simple and clean. Cooking is easy — simply simmer in boiling water until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached.

Ingredients: Beef, Water, Dextrose, contains 2% or less of Sea Salt, Potassium Lactate, Flavorings, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Paprika, Extractive of Paprika, Sodium Nitrite.
