This classic Brut cuvée is crafted from grapes sourced across eight distinct terroirs in the Marne Valley and Montagne de Reims appellations.

The blend is composed of approximately 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 30% Pinot Meunier, incorporating reserve wines to ensure consistency and complexity across vintages. The wine is aged for a minimum of 30 months on the lees before disgorgement, with a dosage of approximately 8 grams of sugar per liter, placing it firmly in the Brut style. The result is a fresh, fruit-forward Champagne with fine bubbles, notes of green apple, citrus, and brioche, and a clean, well-balanced finish.
