Weingut Hirsch Hirschvergnügen Grüner Veltliner is an Austrian white wine from the Kamptal DAC wine region, produced by the historic Weingut Hirsch estate, which has been crafting wines since 1878. Grüner Veltliner is Austria's signature white grape variety, and Kamptal — a cool-climate region along the Kamp River northwest of Vienna — is one of its most celebrated homes.

This wine is light to medium-bodied and crisp, with focused aromas and flavors of ripe pear, green apple, peach, and fresh white pepper — the hallmark spice of Grüner Veltliner. The palate is minerally and precise, with lively acidity and a clean, herbal finish. It is well-suited as an aperitif or paired with lighter dishes such as seafood, salads, asparagus, grilled vegetables, and mild cheeses.
