Gran Centenario Leyenda is a premium Extra Añejo tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, produced by Casa Cuervo, S.A. de C.V. under NOM 1122. Crafted from 100% Blue Agave, it is among the first tequilas ever to receive the "Extra Añejo" classification and continues a tradition dating back over 150 years to founder Lázaro Gallardo, who originally created this blend as a special reserve for his most distinguished guests and closest family.

The tequila undergoes an average aging process of four years in French Limousin oak barrels. Gran Centenario's proprietary Selección Suave process then marries the spirit with tequila reserves aged up to fifteen years, imparting exceptional richness and complexity. The result is a deep amber spirit with highlights of bright copper, offering aromatic notes of apple, pear, quince, raisins, and oak, with a layered palate of maple, roasted almonds, clove, thyme, and eucalyptus. The finish is long, warm, and gently accented by cinnamon — perfectly suited for an after-dinner snifter or the most refined cocktail.
