Il Casato Pinot Grigio Valdadige is a 100% Pinot Grigio white wine from the Valdadige DOC appellation in Trentino-Alto Adige, northern Italy, produced by Cantine Di Ora and sold at Costco as a case of 12 bottles. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and contains 13% alcohol with 3.5 g/L of residual sugar. It contains sulfites.

Straw yellow in color, this wine is characterized by an intense and persistent fruity and floral aroma, with hints of apple, litchi, and hay. On the palate it is dry, elegant, and well-balanced between body and acidity, with flavors of pear, apple, citrus, and tropical fruit notes also noted by tasters. It is light-bodied and refreshing with a crisp, clean finish.

This wine pairs well with shellfish, light pasta dishes, salads, mushrooms, and makes an excellent aperitif. The 2019 vintage was rated among the top 3% of all wines in the world on Vivino, and the wine carries an overall Vivino rating of 3.9 from over 2,500 ratings.
