The Café Special® blend is designed to highlight coffee beans known for their naturally sweeter profile, sourced from South and Central America where the beans are sun-dried naturally after harvesting to lock in region-specific flavor. Brewing recommendation: use 2 heaping tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of filtered water. The coffee is suitable for a variety of brewing methods.
