Chef Hak's Organic Roasted Rainbow Carrots are pre-roasted, ready-to-heat heirloom carrots that bring vibrant color and flavor to any meal. These tender, colorful carrots are made with 100% organic rainbow carrots, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, organic dried thyme, and organic black pepper. They come with a separate packet of organic maple dijon glaze made from organic whole grain mustard, organic maple syrup, organic honey, water, and xanthan gum.
The carrots are certified organic, non-GMO, paleo friendly, dairy free, and gluten free. They can be prepared in minutes using an air fryer (5-8 minutes), microwave (2-3 minutes), or conventional oven (7 minutes at 400Β°F). The chef-recommended preparation method is air frying for optimal texture and roasted flavor. The glaze is optional and can be drizzled over the warm carrots after heating.
