Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a vibrant 100% Chardonnay Champagne from Maison Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811 by Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adélaïde Jouët in Épernay, France. This single-grape cuvée has its roots in the 1920s, when Perrier-Jouët first began crafting Chardonnay-based Champagnes long before the style was formally known as Blanc de Blancs. The House is celebrated for its Art Nouveau heritage, with the iconic anemone motif illustrated by Emile Gallé in 1902 remaining its enduring emblem. Today, Perrier-Jouët produces approximately 3 million bottles per year from 266 acres of Champagne vineyards and operates under Pernod Ricard.

The wine presents a pale gold color with green reflections. Aromas are floral and fresh, featuring elderberry, acacia, and honeysuckle alongside bright orchard fruit and citrus. On the palate, Wine Spectator notes chiseled acidity carrying flavors of quince paste, lemon curd, brioche, and white blossoms across a fine, zesty mousse. The finish is smooth and mellow.
