This Napa Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep purple-ruby color with an enticing nose of blackberry, black cherry, earth, and flint. On the palate, flavors of dark fruit, wild cherry, chocolate, mole spice, and herb bouquet come forward, with warmth and vibrant mulberry fruit transitioning to darker plum, fig, and prunelle liqueur. The finish is long and seamless, carried by silky, fine-grained tannins. The wine has received recognition at competitions including the Critics Challenge Wine Competition (Gold) and the San Francisco International Wine Competition (Silver for a prior vintage).
