It combines light roast Peruvian beans, Brazilian medium roast beans, and dark roast Sumatran beans to produce a rich, earthy cup with notes of earth, molasses, and brown sugar.

Sourced from sustainable shade-grown Arabica plants, each batch is small-batch slow roasted and air-cooled to preserve flavor integrity.
