GlenDronach Parliament 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky from the GlenDronach distillery, founded in 1826 near Forgue, Huntly, Aberdeenshire. Matured for a minimum of 21 years in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, it is bottled at 48% ABV. The name "Parliament" refers to a parliament of rooks — the birds that nest in the trees surrounding the distillery.

On the nose, this whisky offers soft cedar wood, apple peel, toasty oak, date and walnut cake, dried citrus, and a hint of freshly made espresso. The palate is full-bodied and rich with golden syrup, juicy raisins, dark chocolate-covered cherries, red berries, cocoa, cinnamon, and warming pepper. The finish is long and sherried, with luscious dark fruit, chocolate, and a gentle spice.

GlenDronach Parliament has earned Gold from the International Wine & Spirit Competition and Double Gold from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
