La Gioiosa Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato is a vintage-designated sparkling Italian wine from the Veneto region, crafted from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. Unlike most Prosecco, which carries a non-vintage designation, this wine bears a vintage year (Millesimato), reflecting a higher standard of production. The addition of 10–15% Pinot Noir, with brief skin maceration, gives the wine its signature delicate salmon color while preserving the wine's natural freshness and aromatics.

The wine pours a soft rosé with hints of pomegranate. On the nose it is fresh and aromatic with notes of rose petals, pomegranate, strawberry, and raspberry. The palate is light-bodied and smooth with a gentle, pleasant effervescence and a beautiful balance between fruit and floral character. Produced using the Charmat (tank) method, which maintains the lively, fruit-forward profile typical of Prosecco. Alcohol by volume is 11%.
