Rampur Asava is an award-winning Indian Single Malt Whisky produced by Radico Khaitan Ltd. in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, at the foothills of the Himalayas. This non-chill filtered expression is matured in American Bourbon barrels and meticulously finished in Indian Cabernet Sauvignon casks — a combination done for the first time in history — resulting in a uniquely complex spirit that bridges Indian terroir with classic single malt tradition. Bottled at 45% ABV and imported to the USA by SG Worldwide Inc.

On the nose, Asava delivers the trademark tropical fruit character of Rampur single malt enhanced with notes of apricot, blackberry, and plum, followed by a delicate hint of tobacco and spice. The palate is velvety and rich with manuka honey sweetness, spicy oak, and vanilla, beautifully balanced by a subtle dryness imparted by the Indian red wine cask finish. The finish is medium, lingering, and generous.
