Shibui Single Grain 18 Year Old Sherry Cask Japanese Whisky is a premium expression distilled entirely in Okinawa, Japan — home to over 600 years of distilled spirit tradition. Made from premium Indica Long Grain Rice in a single stainless-steel pot still, it is then aged for 18 years in ex-fino Manzanilla Sherry Oak casks, resulting in a deeply complex and refined whisky unlike anything from mainland Japan. The bottle contains 750ML at 40% ABV (80 proof).

In the glass, the whisky presents a honey amber color with a subtle red tint. The nose offers strong oak, earthy notes, subtle red fruits, and a hint of cardamom.
