Ruta Maya Organic Whole Bean Decaf is a dark roast coffee made from shade-grown 100% Arabica beans cultivated by a cooperative of Maya Indian farmers in the Highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. This 35.2 oz (2.2 lb) bag contains whole bean coffee certified USDA Organic by the Texas Department of Agriculture, grown entirely free of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.

The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which relies on water, temperature, and time rather than chemicals or solvents, producing coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free while preserving the full flavor profile of a dark roast. The result is a smooth, rich cup with minimal bitterness. The green coffee beans are imported to Texas where they are custom roasted and packed daily to ensure peak freshness.
