Featuring Rexton's MotionCore technology, it automatically recognizes and adapts to up to 120 distinct hearing environments, providing precise amplification whether at work, at home, or in complex listening situations. It is the most powerful model in the M-Core B-Li BTE family, delivering up to 82 dB of gain.

The M-Core B-Li HP BTE is fully rechargeable via its included Standard Charging Station and offers an exceptional battery runtime of up to 61 hours on a single charge. A 30-minute fast-charge feature is also supported for convenience. The device features an integrated motion sensor, High Resolution Soundpro processing across 48 channels with 20 gain handles and 6 programmable manual programs. A t-coil, rocker switch, and earhook design are built in.

The hearing aid supports Made for iPhone (MFi) direct audio streaming, allowing wireless connection to Apple devices. It uses Bluetooth connectivity and is compatible with accessories including the Rexton Smart Mic, Smart Transmitter 2.4, and Smart Key. It is manageable via the Rexton app for iOS and Android.
