This authentic soup was once considered a food for royalty and is now a staple menu item in most Korean restaurants. Features a flavorful blend of shredded beef, beef broth, vegetables including zucchini, green onion, bean sprouts, and traditional Korean spices including gochugaru (Korean red pepper).
