Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered is a cask-strength straight bourbon whiskey produced by Nevada H&C Distilling Co., based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bottled at 115–116 proof (approximately 57–58% ABV) with no water added, it delivers the full, unaltered character of the spirit straight from the barrel.

The bourbon is built on a high-rye mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, sourced from the acclaimed MGP distillery in Indiana and bottled in Nevada. Nevada Distilling employs a vintage blending philosophy, marrying barrels of different ages to strike a precise balance of creamy mouthfeel, caramel sweetness, and rye-driven spice. Older vintages contribute concentrated sugars, rich fats, and wood complexity, while younger barrels introduce brighter fruit and delicate caramel notes.

Each release is bottled in limited, individually numbered batches and is non-chill filtered, preserving the natural oils and esters responsible for its famously thick, velvety texture. Tasting notes include caramel, vanilla, baked apple, roasted oak, licorice, cinnamon, clove, and layered herbal and earthy nuances from the high-rye content. The finish is long and warming, with honey, vanilla cream, and dried fruit. Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered has earned San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold awards in 2017, 2020, and 2021.
