Quilter's Irish Death is the flagship beer of Iron Horse Brewery, based in Ellensburg, Washington. Named after Jim Quilter, the brewery's founder, this Pacific Northwest staple has been brewed since 2004 and became a year-round offering in 2006. It is widely recognized as Washington's number one dark beer and is distributed across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana.

This malt-forward dark ale pours deep brown with rich, roasted character. At 7.8% ABV, it delivers prominent notes of chocolate and coffee with a velvety smooth body and virtually no bitterness, making it exceptionally approachable for a dark beer.
