Old Potrero 6-Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey is a small-batch spirit crafted by Hotaling & Co. (formerly Anchor Distilling Company) in San Francisco, California. Made from 100% malted rye, it is twice distilled in a small copper pot still and aged for a minimum of six years in new, charred American white oak barrels with extra-fine grain and 24-month air-dried staves.

At 97 proof (48.5% ABV), this whiskey delivers rich aromas of toasted rye, caramel, and vanilla with subtle spice and oak undertones. The palate is bold and full-bodied with dark chocolate, black pepper, and rye character, balanced by a touch of sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of spice, oak, and caramel.

Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to appreciate its complexity. It also performs excellently in classic cocktails such as Manhattans or Old Fashioneds.
