Aged a minimum of 7 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels, Oloroso Sherry butts, and Portuguese Madeira casks, Blue Spot offers exceptional complexity. The nose presents a vibrant mix of tropical fruits — pineapple, kiwi, green banana, and lime zest — accented by classic pot still spices. On the palate, it delivers a rich, smooth mouthfeel with notes of clove oil, cracked black pepper, sweet vanilla, cinnamon, and ripe orchard fruits, finishing long and warming.
