Monte degli Angeli "Collezione del Barone" is a 100% Pinot Noir produced under the Piemonte DOC appellation by Tenute Neirano, a family-owned estate in the Monferrato area of Piedmont, Italy. The Sperone family has been crafting wine for four generations and is regarded as one of the top estates in Piedmont.

In the glass this wine presents a medium ruby color. The nose is expressive with juicy red berries, raspberry, and earthy notes, complemented by floral hints of rose petal and violet. On the palate it delivers flavors of raspberry, cherry, and wild strawberry with a warm, rustic earthiness, medium-plus body, good acidity, and lightly chalky tannins leading to a smooth finish. Alcohol is 13%.

The wine has earned wide praise for its quality and value, receiving 91–92 points from James Suckling and 91 points (Top Pick) from CostcoWineBlog, which described it as "a little gem of a wine find." It pairs beautifully with roast beef, braised lamb, poultry, game dishes such as rabbit or venison stew, and hearty pasta preparations.
