Gold Bar Black Double Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bold and distinctive bourbon crafted in San Francisco, California. Distilled from a mash bill of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye, this whiskey is first matured in new American oak barrels for 3-6 years, then double cask finished in former French oak wine barrels from Napa Valley for outstanding smoothness and complexity. The result is balanced layers of smoke, spicy rye, and creamy fruit with a non-chill filtered profile.

The nose features maple, toffee, caramel, and vanilla with notes of charred oak and caramelized molasses. The palate showcases bold spicy rye followed by sweet raw corn, rich chocolate, toasted cinnamon, and hints of rich tobacco. The finish is soft, buttery, and mellow with hints of red fruits and sweet cherry. Established in 2013, Gold Bar Whiskey is crafted in the heart of San Francisco by Master Blender and Distiller Monty Paulsen.
