The Rexton BiCore C R-Li is a premium rechargeable hearing aid sold as a single unit with a charging case, available exclusively through Costco Hearing Aid Centers. It features a built-in lithium-ion battery that eliminates the need for disposable batteries, delivering up to 28 hours of use on a full charge, or approximately 20–24 hours with streaming.

The BiCore C R-Li connects directly to iOS and ASHA-compatible Android smartphones via Bluetooth, enabling hands-free audio streaming from calls, music, and media. Rexton's BiCore processing platform provides ultra-fast binaural synchronization between ears, along with Speech Preservation Technology designed to enhance clarity in noisy environments. The hearing aid is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. A travel charger option is available that provides three additional full charges before requiring a power source.
