This elegant French sparkler is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Gamay grapes. The wine displays delicate aromas of tangerine, yellow peach, yellow flowers, and peach gummy candy with a fun and approachable nose. On the palate, it is stony with light yellow peaches, fresh and fruity with floral aromas, hints of toast, tree fruit notes like pear and green apple, plus vanilla and pastry cream. The wine is dry with medium body, offering pleasant effervescence throughout and a nice, dry finish. Veuve Ambal is now the largest producer of Crémant de Bourgogne, with the Ambal family making méthode champenoise wine in Burgundy since 1898.
