Kōloa Kauaʻi Cacao Rum is a premium chocolate-flavored Hawaiian rum distilled, blended, and bottled by Kōloa Rum Company in Kalaheo, Kauaʻi, Hawaii at 40% ABV (80 proof). This craft rum is made from pure cane sugar and distilled twice in a vintage 1,210-gallon steam-powered copper pot still, then cut with filtered water from ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale.

The rum displays an intense chocolate color with rich deep undertones resembling fudge. On the nose, it offers delicate floral notes with a balanced nutty and enjoyable cocoa aroma that is not overpowering. The cacao chocolate-flavored rum is creamy with mocha notes and delivers a buttery smooth taste highlighted by subtle notions of spice.
