Children's Motrin Dye-Free Berry Ibuprofen Oral Suspension is a triple-pack of three 4-ounce bottles (12 fl oz total) designed to reduce fever and relieve minor aches and pains in children. Each 5 mL teaspoon delivers 100 mg of ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), providing up to 8 hours of relief per dose.

Formulated for children ages 2 to 11 years, this suspension relieves minor aches and pains associated with the common cold, flu, sore throat, headache, and toothache. The dye-free formula eliminates artificial colors, making it a preferred choice for children with sensitivities. The kid-friendly berry flavor encourages compliance, and the product contains no acetaminophen, alcohol, or aspirin.

Dosing is weight- and age-based using the enclosed measuring cup: 5 mL for 24–35 lbs (ages 2–3), 7.5 mL for 36–47 lbs (ages 4–5), 10 mL for 48–59 lbs (ages 6–8), 12.5 mL for 60–71 lbs (ages 9–10), and 15 mL for 72–95 lbs (age 11). Repeat dose every 6–8 hours as needed, not more than 4 times per day. Shake well before use. Take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. FSA and HSA eligible. Inactive ingredients: acesulfame potassium, anhydrous citric acid, flavors, glycerin, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch, purified water, sodium benzoate, sucrose, xanthan gum.
