Old Grand-Dad 114 is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Jim Beam's Beam Suntory at the Jim Beam distillery. This high-proof bourbon is crafted using a high-rye mashbill consisting of 63% corn, 27% rye, and 10% malted barley, and is bottled at 114 proof (57% alcohol by volume). The bourbon is aged for at least 4 years according to TTB regulations.

The flavor profile features an inviting nose of caramel, cinnamon, corn-forward sweetness, seasoned oak, black pepper spice, and light green apple. The palate delivers seasoned oak, cinnamon, brown sugar, burnt orange peel, vanilla, prune, dry oak, and leather notes.
