Joel Gott California Zinfandel is a bold, approachable red wine cellared and bottled by Joel Gott Wines in St. Helena, Napa County, California. The wine is composed primarily of Zinfandel (94%) blended with Petite Sirah and Alicante, sourced from decades-old, head-trained vines across multiple California appellations including the Mokelumne River AVA, Contra Costa, and Dry Creek Valley.

On the nose, the wine offers aromas of blackberries and black plum with notes of tobacco and spice. On the palate, rich dark fruit flavors are followed by soft, velvety tannins, resulting in a long, elegant finish with a touch of black pepper spice. The wine was aged for 12 months in a combination of new American oak and 2-year-old French oak barrels, contributing added depth and structure. Alcohol by volume is 14.5%.
