Ocho Tequila La Latilla is an Extra Añejo tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% Blue Agave harvested from the La Latilla rancho. The La Latilla estate slopes gently to the east, providing full afternoon sun exposure that contributes to the exceptional quality of its agave. The agaves were harvested bearing a 2015 vintage date and had reached an average sugar content of 32% — higher than usual — at seven years of age.

This Extra Añejo is aged for three years in ex-American Whiskey barrels, developing a rich and complex flavor profile. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) and presented in a custom wood box, making it a distinguished collectible and a premium sipping tequila. Each bottle is 750ml.

The tequila delivers deep notes of caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate, and dried fruit, with a smooth, lingering finish and a subtle hint of spice characteristic of long barrel aging.
