Ristorante Garofalo Fettuccini Alfredo with Truffle is a premium frozen pasta dish from Pastificio Lucio Garofalo S.p.A., a renowned Italian pasta maker based in Gragnano, Campania — the birthplace of Italian pasta. Each 48 oz package contains three individually portioned 16 oz bags, yielding approximately 9 one-cup servings in total.
The fettuccini is made from pre-cooked egg pasta crafted with durum wheat semolina, coated in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce made with real cream, hard grating cheese, and butter. Real summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) are incorporated through both a truffle-based preparation and truffle oil, delivering an earthy, luxurious flavor in every bite. The sauce is individually quick frozen (IQF) to preserve freshness and ensures a consistent, silky texture upon heating.
Preparation is simple: heat in a skillet with a splash of water over medium heat for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce melts and the pasta is al dente. No additional ingredients are needed.
