Miss Jones Organic Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix is a certified organic baking mix by Miss Jones Baking Co., sold at Costco as a 3-pack of 18.6 oz boxes (approximately 3.5 lbs total). Made with 100% whole grains and real pumpkin, it is designed for fall and Thanksgiving baking and delivers a from-scratch taste with wholesome ingredients.

Each box can make one loaf of pumpkin bread (baked at 350°F for 50-60 minutes) or 18 pumpkin muffins (baked at 350°F for 18-22 minutes). Recipes can be prepared with the dry mix, eggs, oil, and water alone, or with optional canned pumpkin puree added to deepen the pumpkin flavor. An optional streusel topping can be prepared by combining a portion of the dry mix with melted butter.
