Kirkland Signature Organic Mexico Oaxaca is a limited edition single origin whole bean coffee sourced from the Red 5 de Deciembre Co-op in Oaxaca, Mexico. This medium roast features Bourbon, Typica, and Mundo Novo coffee bean varieties, delivering tasting notes of caramel, chocolate, and roasted peanuts.

The coffee beans are sourced in small lots from farmers, estates, and cooperatives from across the world. A sample of each bag is roasted and brewed before final production to ensure it meets quality specifications. This USDA Organic certified coffee is roasted and packed in the USA. Net weight is 907g (2 lb / 32 oz).

For optimal brewing, grind coffee just before brewing for the freshest, most flavorful cup. Use fresh, cold water and avoid distilled or soft water. The recommended ratio is 2 rounded tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 fl oz of water, adjusted to taste. Brewed coffee is best consumed within an hour; reheating or boiling is not recommended. Store in a cool, dry place and seal tightly between uses. Coffee grounds can be used for mulching or composting.
