Typically weighing between 7 to 18 pounds, each roast provides a premium cut of beef suitable for holiday meals and special occasions.
Cooking instructions include preheating the oven to 500°F, cooking for 25 minutes at high heat, then reducing to 200°F and continuing to cook for 20 to 30 minutes per pound until reaching desired internal temperature (125-135°F for rare, 135-145°F for medium rare, 145-155°F for medium, 155-165°F for medium well, or 165°F for well done). After cooking, the roast should rest for 15 minutes before cutting the twine, separating the meat from the bone, slicing and serving. The recommended serving portion is approximately 1 rib bone per 2 adults or 1 pound per adult.
