Wood Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon is a California red wine produced in the Livermore Valley AVA, located in Alameda County in the eastern San Francisco Bay Area. The winery is owned and operated by Rhonda Wood, a former airline pilot turned award-winning winemaker who has been crafting acclaimed wines from Livermore Valley for over two decades.

The wine is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from estate and partner vineyards in eastern Livermore Valley, aged in French oak barrels. It displays a deep, dark purple color with aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and dark berries. On the palate it is smooth and medium-bodied with ripe red and black fruit flavors, moderate tannins, and a balanced finish with notes of vanilla and oak. It pairs well with red meats, grilled steaks, braised beef, and hearty pasta dishes.

Wood Family Vineyards produces several Cabernet Sauvignon bottlings available regionally at retailers including Total Wine, Safeway, and Costco. Each bottle is 750ml.
