Lock Stock & Barrel 21 Year Straight Rye Whiskey is one of the oldest and most intensely flavored straight rye whiskeys available. Produced by The Cooper Spirits Company, headquartered in Philadelphia, this expression represents the fifth and oldest release in the acclaimed Lock Stock & Barrel series, following expressions aged 13, 16, 18, and 20 years.

Crafted from a 100% rye grain mashbill, the whiskey was double distilled in copper pot stills and barreled in May 1999. It was cold weather matured in new charred American oak barrels in Canada, a process that builds exceptional depth and complexity over more than two decades. With approximately 1,200 cases produced, this is a rare and highly sought-after release for serious whiskey collectors and connoisseurs.

Bottled at 111 proof (55.5% ABV), the nose presents warm spiced date cake, treacle toffee, orange peel, and baking spices. On the palate it is full-bodied with a luxurious viscosity, delivering flavors of treacle, caramel, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon, and anise. The finish is long and voluptuous with notes of leather, oak, a hint of smoke, and a lingering dry rye spice.
