Lustau Amontillado "Los Arcos" is a dry Solera Familiar Sherry from Bodegas Emilio Lustau, produced in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalusia, Spain. Made from 100% Palomino grapes, this wine is aged for equal periods under "flor" (a protective yeast layer) and in oxidative contact with oxygen, a dual process that defines the Amontillado style. It carries an average age of 8 years and an alcohol content of 18.5%.

The wine is amber in color with hazelnut aromas on the nose. On the palate it is light, soft, and round, offering a genuine, rich, and nutty flavor with a long, elegant aftertaste. The name "Los Arcos" (meaning "the arches") references the two arches at the entrance to Lustau's historic winery at Plaza del Cubo in Jerez, where this Amontillado was traditionally aged.

Serve slightly chilled at 13–14°C. Los Arcos pairs beautifully with tapas, artichokes, green asparagus, matured cheeses, nuts, soups, mushroom risottos, and spiced dishes.
