The Accu-Chek Guide Me Test Strips are precision blood glucose test strips designed for use with Accu-Chek Guide, Guide Me, and Guide Link blood glucose meters. Manufactured by Roche, these strips deliver results in just 4 seconds with a minimal 0.6 microliter blood sample — one of the smallest sample sizes available — and require no coding.

The strips feature a wide dosing area that lets you apply blood anywhere along the end of the strip rather than a tiny target spot, reducing the chance of a failed test. They are packaged in the innovative spill-resistant SmartPack® vial, which dispenses exactly one strip at a time while keeping remaining strips protected from moisture and contaminants.

Each box contains 100 test strips. These strips deliver 10/10 accuracy — 95% of measured glucose results fall within ±10 mg/dL of lab reference values for blood glucose concentrations under 100 mg/dL, and within ±10% for concentrations of 100 mg/dL and above. Strips should be stored at temperatures between 39°F and 86°F and carry an 18-month shelf life from manufacture.
