Premium American Wagyu boneless chuck short ribs, sold per pound. American Wagyu is produced by crossbreeding Japanese Wagyu cattle with top-tier American breeds, delivering a rich, elevated eating experience with the heartiness of domestic beef and the finesse of Japanese Wagyu. These boneless chuck short ribs are extremely well marbled with exceptional flavor and tenderness. Wagyu beef is higher in beneficial Omega fatty acids compared to conventional beef.
Perfect for braising or slicing for Japanese-style barbecue (Yakiniku). Ideal cooking methods include slow braising in the oven or slow cooker at 325°F for 3 to 3.5 hours until the meat is fall-apart tender, or low-and-slow cooking at 165-170°F for 12-15 hours for maximum tenderness and rich umami flavor. Can also be grilled over high heat after slicing into small steaks, or smoked with indirect heat for exceptional results.
