Chimney Rock Elevage is a proprietary red blend from the prestigious Stags Leap District appellation in Napa Valley, California. The wine is crafted by combining the austerity of Cabernet Sauvignon with the roundness of Merlot, the aromatic highlights of Petit Verdot, and the savory notes of Cabernet Franc — creating a complex, harmonious blend. The term "Elevage" refers to the raising of a wine, reflecting the careful, artisanal relationship between winemaker and wine.

The wine is fruit and spice driven, smooth and full-bodied with supple tannins and a beautiful round finish. Vibrant aromas of black cherry, cocoa, and vanilla mingle with hints of black tea, lavender, and bay leaf. The wine carries 14.2% alcohol by volume.
