Malene Rosé is a California Central Coast wine crafted in the style of Provence, using the direct-press method to achieve a pale pink color and clean, dry profile. The wine is made from red Rhône varietals commonly grown along California's Central Coast, including Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, and Rolle (Vermentino), often blended together for complexity and balance.

The result is a dry, fruit-forward rosé with no detectable residual sugar, offering crisp texture and nuanced flavor. Following the Provençal tradition, it is vinified for early enjoyment and pairs well with seafood, salads, grilled vegetables, and a wide range of casual fare. Malene is now part of Chamisal Vineyards, a well-regarded Central Coast winery. Serve chilled between 40°F and 50°F.
