George Dickel 8 Year Old Small Batch Tennessee Bourbon Whisky is crafted at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in Tullahoma, Tennessee, a historic distillery with over a century of whisky-making tradition. Made from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, the spirit is charcoal mellowed through the Lincoln County Process and then aged eight years in hand-selected American oak barrels.

Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV), the bourbon opens with sweet notes of vanilla, leading into bright hints of cherry and orange, and finishing with balanced almond toffee and oak. This small batch expression has earned recognition from leading spirits competitions, including a 93-point score and #5 ranking from Whisky Advocate in 2021, Gold at the San Diego Spirits Festival, a 92-point Finalist distinction at the 2022 Ultimate Spirits Challenge, and Double Gold at the 2022 New York World Wine & Spirits Competition.
