Trimbach Reserve Riesling is a benchmark dry Alsace white wine from Maison Trimbach, one of the most respected producers in Ribeauvillé, Alsace, France. Founded in 1626, Trimbach has built a centuries-long reputation for producing precise, structured Rieslings in the classic Alsace style.

The Reserve quality is achieved through a rigorous selection of fully ripe grapes sourced from vineyards in the Ribeauvillé and Hunawihr region. Vinified in a completely dry style, the wine delivers a structured, balanced expression full of fruit and finesse. Aromas of lemon, white peach, and white blossom lead to a palate of ripe citrus, green apple, and yellow stone fruit, all anchored by a striking, refreshing acidity and a delicate chalky limestone minerality. The finish is long and bright. Alcohol is approximately 12.5–13% ABV. The wine is produced from organically grown grapes and carries an aging potential of 10–15 years.

A versatile food wine, the Reserve Riesling pairs beautifully with Alsatian specialties such as sauerkraut, as well as fried, grilled, smoked, and raw fish preparations, shellfish, white meats, and refined oriental dishes. The 2021 vintage received 93 points from James Suckling.
