Torres Celeste is a bold red wine from Familia Torres, crafted from Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes grown in the DO Ribera del Duero appellation of Spain. The vineyards sit on the Meseta Central plateau, where the provinces of Soria, Burgos, Segovia, and Valladolid converge at high altitude, producing grapes with exceptional concentration and character.

The wine undergoes 15–20 days of skin contact in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and 12 months of aging in French and American oak barrels (13% new), then a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging before release. This Crianza-style wine displays a deep, dark cherry red color with intense aromas of blueberry jam, ripe figs, and smoky mineral notes. On the palate it is velvety and full-bodied with fine-grained tannins, spice, and toasted coffee undertones from oak. Alcohol: 14.5% vol. Pairs well with red meat, chorizo, and aged cheeses. Serve at 14–16°C.
