Beringer Knights Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a Winery and Club Exclusive red wine from the renowned Knights Valley AVA in Sonoma County, California. Produced and bottled by Beringer Vineyards in St. Helena, CA, this 750 ML bottle is crafted under the supervision of Winemaker Mark Beringer, whose family built the iconic Rhine House in the 1880s.
This wine is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, delivering bright acidity paired with rich dark fruit flavors. Knights Valley, situated approximately 17 miles north of Beringer's Napa Valley estate, benefits from warm days and cool nights that produce bold, richly structured reds with intense character. Expect notes of dark chocolate, herbs, and cassis, backed by full-bodied, fine-grained tannins and a distinctive oak presence.
This reserve bottling earns consistently strong scores from wine enthusiasts, with community members rating it approximately 90 points. It pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin, filet mignon, and New York strip steak. Beringer's evolving Winery and Club Exclusive collection is designed to highlight exceptional vineyards and varietals from each vintage. Bottled at 15.5% alcohol by volume. Contains sulfites.
