The plan includes 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone, unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, and battery service coverage for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity. Accidental damage incidents are each subject to a service fee of $99 for screen damage or external enclosure damage, or $299 for other damage, plus applicable tax.

Repair options include mail-in service using a prepaid shipping box provided by Apple, carry-in service at any Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, and global repair coverage for use while traveling.
