The PTFE-free and PFOA-free ceramic non-stick coating is eco-friendly and high-heat resistant, making it a safer choice for everyday cooking.

The pan measures 17.7" x 12.2" (45 cm x 31 cm) and is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops. It is oven safe and BBQ grill safe up to 450°F (230°C), and is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. All utensils are safe to use on the surface, though nylon, wood, silicone, or coated utensils are preferred to preserve the coating. Not compatible with induction cooktops.
