Old Fitzgerald 11-Year Bottled-in-Bond is a premium wheated bourbon whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. This limited-release bourbon is part of the prestigious Old Fitzgerald Decanter Series, inspired by the original 1950s diamond decanter design. The bourbon features a mashbill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley, crafted with a distinctive "whisper of wheat" instead of the traditional rye grain that gives it a uniquely smooth character.

This 11-year-old expression is bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV) in accordance with the strict Bottled-in-Bond Act requirements, including being distilled at one distillery during a single distilling season, aged at least four years in government bonded rickhouses, and reduced in proof using only pure water. The Old Fitzgerald brand has a storied history dating back to 1884, was sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition, and has been produced by Heaven Hill since 1999.

Tasting notes reveal a bright amber color with aromas of rich bourbon sweetness, leather, subtle oak, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking spices.
