Pierre Ferrand 10 Generations is a premium Grande Champagne Cognac (Premier Cru) from Maison Ferrand, one of Cognac's most storied houses. It is a tribute to ten generations of the Ferrand family who have passed down their mastery of vine cultivation and distillation since 1630. The blend is crafted exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in Grande Champagne, the most prized of Cognac's six growing regions, where chalk-rich limestone soils and a mild maritime climate yield especially fine, floral eaux-de-vie.

The spirit is distilled slowly on the lees and aged in French oak casks, with 20% of the blend finishing in Sauternes barrels — a technique that imparts a distinctive honeyed sweetness and fruit depth. Bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof), it presents a rich golden honey color. The nose opens with honey, apricot, caramel, coconut, and fruit cake, then evolves into rose, orange blossom, nutmeg, and ginger. On the palate, expect baked pear, muscat grape and pineapple soaked in Sauternes, gently toasted nuts, and wildflowers, with a long, fresh finish of minty notes and light tobacco. The bottle arrives in a distinctive traditional decanter adorned with a golden family tree, making it a collector's piece as well as an exceptional sipping cognac.
