Live Ocean Sweet Thai Chili Atlantic Salmon features six boneless, skin-on center cut fillets hand-seasoned with a blend of brown sugar, mild chilies, ginger, and other spices for a balanced, authentic sweet Thai chili flavor. Each fillet is an Atlantic salmon sourced from farms in Chile and certified by the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) program, supporting sustainable seafood production. The product is gluten free and delivers 3,750mg of Omega-3s and 30g of protein per serving.

Fillets can be cooked directly from frozen or thawed. From frozen, bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes or microwave on high for 4–6 minutes until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. From thawed, grill 6–8 minutes or bake 12–15 minutes. Pairs well with jasmine rice and steamed vegetables.
